Please join us at the Omni La Mansion del Rio in San Antonio, Texas for the 2015 annual meeting of the Southern Epilepsy & EEG Society on March 27-29, 2015. This year we are planning for another outstanding scientific program featuring exceptional speakers, selected for their expertise in each respective area of research in electroencephalography and epileptology. The program has been expanded this year to include debates on Friday evening, one full day on Saturday and one half day on Sunday.

We will be in San Antonio's Riverwalk area, so there will be lots to do nearby and it will be an exciting time to be in San Antonio!

San Antonio offers a rich variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping along the beautiful Riverwalk. The Mexican Market/El Mercado, bustles with people, products and outdoor restaurants that give San Antonio much of its unique style. Nearby, tile adobe dwellings of historic La Villita serve as homes for artisans, galleries and restaurants. The River Center Mall, featuring the IMAX Theater, is a visual delight with whimsical-to-elegant shops overlooking the Riverwalk. Within walking distance is HemisFair Plaza, site of tile 1968 World's Fair, and a beautiful 12-acre waterfall park surrounding the Tower of the Americas. San Antonio is home to two major theme parks -Sea World San Antonio, the world's largest marine life park, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the town built just for fun! Sea World San Antonio is located northwest of downtown and offers shows, exhibitions, entertainment and education. It is open each day during the summer season. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, also located in the northwest part of San Antonio, is a theme and water park that celebrates the spirit of Texas with non-stop music, rides, dancing and unique entertainment for the entire family and is only about 30 minutes away from the Riverwalk.
